During the plastic state of concrete, any hindrance or resistance free volume change in concrete induce tensile stresses and strains element. Crack formation is expected to occur if stress strain greater than capacity concrete. Investigation into properties relaxation behaviour was carried out using a direct testing machine. The capillary pressure measured during tests low evaporation conditions, as well climate controlled chamber where exposed high conditions. Most strength gain (tensile capacity) due pores fresh which keeps particles together by means water early stiffening phase Later hydration products bridge provides results indicate how rate influence interconnectivity pores, contribution measurements revealed that mechanism behind negative build-up induced mechanical strain. also showed correlation between deformation increased load increased.
